Custom Embroidered Patch Pricing Guide
What custom embroidered patches actually cost, based on published 2025–2026 industry pricing — plus a quick estimator below.
Why price drops so much with quantity
Embroidery patches are largely a fixed-cost operation — digitizing the design and setting up the machine costs roughly the same whether you run 10 patches or 1,000. That setup cost gets spread across the whole order, so price per patch drops sharply as quantity goes up.

Add-ons
Iron-on backing, hook & loop (velcro), and peel-and-stick adhesive typically add $0.25–$0.75 per patch on top of the base price, depending on size. Chenille patches run noticeably higher across the board since they're largely hand-assembled.
