Cap Size Chart
Standard embroidery area sizes for the cap styles you'll run most often. These are the widely-used defaults our Apparel & Embroidery Resizer ships with — but cap manufacturers don't publish a single universal standard, so always confirm against the actual cap if the design is tight to the edges.

Why this varies by vendor
Cap panel height and curvature aren't standardized across manufacturers the way paper sizes are. A "structured" Richardson 112 and an off-brand structured trucker can differ by a quarter inch or more. If you're digitizing for a specific blank, measure the actual front panel before finalizing the design — or run it through the resizer above with your own numbers.
