Embroidery Job Cost Calculator

Enter your design's stitch count and your real shop costs — get run time and a per-piece price.

Why we built this

Shop owners kept asking us "what should I actually charge for this?" and doing the stitch-count math by hand. We turned that math into a form.

Machine speed and per-piece handling time are yours to set below — commercial embroidery machines typically run 600–750 SPM in real production (rated top speed is often 1,000–1,500 SPM, but quality work runs slower). Color changes and hooping add real time on top of stitch time; the defaults below build in a reasonable estimate but adjust them to match your own shop.
